Is Nandroid restore all I need

I am rooted with Cyanogen 5.0.8. I was wondering if all I need to do to restore to stock to receive OTA 2.2 is go into recovery and select Nandroid Restore? I am asking because a lot seem to be receiving the ota and I still just get Checkin success and go into Setting it says your system is up to date?

I think you need to go back to stock, unrooted.

Maybe something else available later, don't know.

Are you now stock? What CR are you going to flash with FRF83.

Here is a link to Modaco r20? for FRF85, he has a rooted one also for FRF83. Probably everyone will soon.
