Actually it's very simple. Back up your SD card first. boot into amon-ra and there is an sd partition section. When you start the procedure it will ask for numbers for 3 different things. The first one is swap, just put a 0. the 2nd one is ext which is the extended partition, that's the part your apps will be going to. I made mine 1gb which i now realize was entirely too much lol. 500mb is more than enough. The 3rd option is fat32 and you assign the rest to it, which it has an option for assigning the rest. Once it's done partitioning there is an option to convert it from ext2 to ext3, then another from ext3 to ext4. i just kept converting to the highest one. go in to settings>applications on cyanogen, check the apps2sd box and start reinstalling apps.
