You can give (Texas)Ice Cream Sandwich N1 AOSP a try.

Not rock-stable, but darn good for an alpha version...

And as there won't be any official ICS for N1, it's currently maybe the only way to get a taste of ICS...

I'm using it for about a week now, and it's working fine and stable for me. I won't switch back to Gingerbread again...

Or try MeDroid on same forum--very stable for me--have ran texasice one also--

You'll want Blackrose hboot for full experience, so study up

@samara--why would you make such a closed ended statement without some research?

And not to forget: MIUI v4 for N1 - also at xda-developers...

So there's at least three options - but they all require repartitioning internal memory with blackrose hboot.

MeDroid and TexasIce use to have sd versions requiring no repartitioning, haven't looked lately to see if still offered. Limited experience though.
