Exclamation Boot loop, and recovery doesn't work correctly

So I was working with my N1, and I decided to attempt to flash cyanogenmod one more time. Of course, I get the boot loop problem, and I think nothing of it, and go straight to ClockWorkMod Recovery to nandroid restore. What happened next shocked me. I go to the backup/restore option and choose restore, AND IT SAYS THERE ARE NO FILES AVAILABLE. Then I went to "install .zip from SD card" and chose nandroid>SERIAL NUMBER>my nandroid backup. It too, says "no files available", and I am just about stumped. What should I do? Is there any way to restore my nandroid, say, without recovery?
NOTE: I am on cyanogenmod, but it refuses to boot, so I can't actually turn on the phone.

Please help me, guys.

When you flash do you make a full wipe, that may fix your boot loop issue. As for restoring your nandroid backup if your bootloader is unlocked then you could flash each part of the nandroid backup individually, other than that I don't have any other ideas.

How can I flash each part individually? My bootloader is unlocked. I just really need to get my phone back online.

You will need to flash each partition individually meaning you have to issue the command:

fastboot flash <partition> <filename>

Where <partition> is the partition you want to flash it to and <filename> is the name of the file you want to flash.

Oh, so I do it via command prompt on my PC?
And can I not just flash the whole nandroid backup at once?

Ah, nevermind. Turns out my phone was taking up to 20 mins per first boot. Works now. Thanks for the help anyways! CM7 is the BEST!
