installing 2.3 on my n1

ive been reading auround alot about ''how to install'' 2.3 on my phone ..

i managed to unlock it and root it with superboot ... than i downloaded the gingerbread and renamed it for update.zip ...

then goes into recovery and tried to flash it witht he zip file ...

but i always get a signature error during the process ...

so yea , my phone is unlocked/rooted atm .. what i need to do to install 2.3 ??? im actualy runing in froyo 2.2

You should be able to get it by simply opening Settings>About phone>System Updates. Since the update is available on Google's servers, that should get it for ya. Current version is 2.3.4 GRJ22.
