Unhappy Seems I have bricked my phone. No bootloader

Was installing latest CM Rom v.7 RC1 and everything was going fine. Phone rebooted and then........ nothing.

Wont turn on at all. Phone screen is black. Charging light comes on. Have tried:
- Removing batt
- removing sim
- removing transflash
- holding mouse and power
- holding vol down and power
- holding every button possible
- standing on my head
- drinking whisky

and none of these things worked.

I have heard that if I can find a RIFF JTAG box... apparently it might be possible to restore the bootloader..?

Though I have not been able to find such a thing....

If there is something I am missing, I would love to know, though it appears my days as a nexus one user are at an end. Guess the Desire HD with NextG 850mhz will have to do....

Have you tried to connect via adb or fastboot? It's a long shot, but...

If not, go back and repeat your last step (drink whiskey)...

You could try and see if ADB recognizes the phone. if so you could try this command to see if it kicks it into recovery:

adb reboot recovery

or

adb reboot bootloader

Good Luck

Edit: Danger beat me to the Punch!

Battle is not dead. Called HTC and they said they can't flash the bootmanager in Australia. Would need to send back to the USA and even then it might not work...

Sucks to be losing such a great phone...
