3gp to AVI

I want to convert the videos I've taken with my N1 and convert them into AVI files so that I can use them in Windows Movie Maker. I tried a few programs but couldn't get the audio to work.

Is there a simple, FREE, non-trial video converter that converts my 3gp files to avi?

Whay can't you just install the K-lite full codec set to have Windows Movie Maker play/edit the 3gp files directly?

Of course....why didn't I think of this?!?! It was so obvious! Right there in front of me the whole time!! Such a simple solution!!

But seriously, thanks I'll try it.

I know this is late but I have used Pazera recently and it worked quite well. It was free and I had a few movies that were between 5-10 minutes and it handled them just fine.
