Install a file manager on your phone like Astro
Connect your phone to your pc and mount the sd copy the Application Apk's over Disconnect from the pc User the file manager to locate the Apks on the root of your SD Long press and it should give you the option to install the apk |

In addition for those who would like to connect to your pc via wireless without the cable...
Goto the market and download SwiFTP(it's Free) >setup a username & password> folder - /sdcard>accept connection from wifi>save>then click start Now on the PC open computer/my computer>in the address bar type in that Wifi URL that shows on the phone>enter username & password you just set up and click save/remember> and you should see your sd card for now on .... |
