apps like "profile setting" apps - question

so i like these apps that i can set "profiles" where my phone turns the ringer on/off when im in class. where it turns all notification sounds off at 10pm and on at 7am. there is even settings to turn wifi on/off

but... i cant seem to find one app that i can use with an option to switch my 3g off and use my 2g only..

i find that where i work that there is no 3g ... so my phone spends all day ON 2g but looking for 3g and that kills my battery.

so what i do is, on my drive to work i go into my settings and select "use only 2g networks" - but i would love an app to make the change for me

any such app?

'Toggle Data Widget' might be something of interest...

Your best bet however, would be to look in the market app.

you can use "setting profiles" together with other apps. i use APNdroid.
with setting profiles you can run certain functions of other programs such as APNdroid, tthat way you can have a profile to toggle APNdroid when you leave your house for example.
works for me.
