Clean up tool

Are there any apps that can go through and clean up my Nexus One? I don't want to do a hard reset, but it seems like many of the Apps I've uninstalled have left behind empty folders, files, etc.

this is just a task killer, it forces apps to stop. the question was about an app that cleans up the leftovers after uninstalling apps.
