Download meter app

I live in China and my service provider will *bruatalise* me for consumption in excess of my data plan. They provide a service where you can view your download consumption each month, but it's in Chinese which i can't read...

Does anyone know of an app that will record how many KB/MB i've downloaded and uploaded?

Using (and loving) possibly the only Nexus One in China!

There's several, but I personally prefer "3G Watchdog".

i use netcounter - free from market - has worked just fine for me. shows data upload / download mobile / wifi / by week / day month or set your own custom counter

You aren't the only one. But I stay in Shanghai only half the year (right now Stateside), and I can't wait to get back to see how it works over there. How's the speeds by the way, and I'm guessing you're with China Mobile? I was having my wife check and seems there is 2gb download for only 100RMB, I've been monitoring my usage, I don't do heavy video's and I'm well below 2gb. I believe there's a 5gb for 200RMB, which is still cheap as it's only US$30.
