Web browser connectivity issue

Hi everyone, I am having issue to view a page on Browser/Dolphin Browser application.

The page is shown without error on Opera Mini, however, I prefer to use Browser or Dolphin Browser.

It always give me "Data connectivity problem The server failed to communicate. Try again later."

So far, only this page give me such problem.
http://www.swin.edu.au/directory

I have tried changing the user agent as the page is loaded without issue on iPhone. Any idea?

I have the same problem as well for several pages when using data plan.
One of them is Yahoo!
It works just fine if I use my home wifi. btw, I am in Singapore.
