The reason viruses on Microsoft desktop OS's are so prevalent is not due to the numerous bugs in their system. NOTE: those bugs all exist! I'm saying they're not the reason for the virii. The reason it's so easy to get a M$ virus is that there are so many M$ systems in the world, and virus writers want to target the largest install base.
Why is this relevant? Android's install base is on the rise. I don't believe WinMobile gets a rise out of anyone these days. |
