Bluetooth neck receiver?

I'd like to use my pair of Shure in-ear earphones with my Nexus one without having a 3 or 6 feet cord dangling. Is there some sort of a bluetooth stero receiver that could be worn around the neck that I could plug my headphones into?

Not 100% sure how headphones hook up to this, but I believe it will solve your dilemma.

There is a standard headphone jack on the side. In fact, you can see the round hole toward the top in that picture.

These work ok.
