Alternative Car Dock

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a non-official car dock. My N1 is coming in tomorrow (really excited XD) with a tough case from case-mate so I do not think it would fit in the official car dock. I've been searching around for some but can't decide on one so any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

There are many ways to mount the phone in the car. Only the Google dock will automagically activate the Car Dock Mode. When I need the N1 for navigation, I use the Google dock; when I don't, I use a more generic phone holder. In both uses, I use the mini-jack to feed music to my car stereo, whether streamed or from the phone.

Thanks for the reply! The reason I wanted to mount the phone was solely for navigation, but the Google dock will not support the phone with a case. Could you suggest a dash board based car mount that would be able to support the N1 with a case that has a 360 swivel so I could rotate the phone to be vertical/horizontal. All of the dash based mounts I have looked at seem to have terrible quality and bad reviews.

though when I use them, it's alongside the radio on a car specific dash mount. When I need it on the windshield, I take off my Seidio Innocase (very easy to do on the fly), and use the Google dock.
