I currently using DiGi and I am not certain how to setup the phone's internet functions... i can only make call and sms.

1) Home -> Menu -> Settings -> Wireless & networks -> Mobile networks -> Access Points Name
2) Menu -> New APN ( you need 2, one for data, one for MMS)

Should I install it?

Hi John,

sorry i seldom come here anymore, for sending mms, you need to make sure the mms size does not exceed a certain limit, i forgot its 300kb or 600kb for DiGi.

You might want to use Handcent sms to try sending mms as it automatically resize your mms to suit the size limit, you can also set the size limit in its settings. (you cant find this settings in stock/original mms in the phone)
