Not sure I understand you correctly, but if your screen isn't rotating from portait to landscape, check the settings
In 2.2 Froyo Settings > Display > Auto-rotate screen In 2.1 Settings > Sound & display > Orientation |

N1 Video when downloaded to PC or FB is on its side
The N1 Video aligns as Portrait or Landscape properly as the phone is aligned.
However when the Video is downloaded to Lap Top or Face Book. Quick Time shows it rotated 90 degrees counter clockwise. Is that a N1 issue or Quick Time issue. Is there a tool to rotate the Video once it appears on its side in Quick Time or Face Book? Thanks |

You'd need to use something like QuickTime Pro to rotate the video on your computer.
Does this happen if you shoot the video in Landscape? It should be ok then. |
