oh awesome sarcasm i didn't see that coming. You asked for help because you couldn't be bothered to dig deeper and fix this problem yourself and because you asked for help you are at the mercy of the people you asked, they will answer when and how they see fit so either wait for an answer or ask else ware.
This is a cookie problem so it needs to be rectified on BOTH ends, try killing ALL cookies and restricting access so that they cannot be rebuilt, you could also try using a completely new browser and denying access to cookies. chrome also has a discreet browsing mode that shades cookies so try that, in the end it can only be fixed by actions on both ends and a solutions will be posted when its found.
