But only to buy it again when released with AT & T , or Verizon. Tried T-mobile, nah, att 2g 2 slow.

Got it on the 7th of Jan and have had a great time...best app..."quick setting" and "goggles"

Anyone have any "hidden" insight as to release date for att or verizon...please.

Isnt the return period only 14 days? Sound like its off to eBay for you.

We have 30 days to return in California...no need for eBay...will cost me $45 restocking to have played for 30 days and I learned to love it...back to Blackberry Bold until new phones come out, hopefully soon.
