N1 google support depressing to surf.

Hello all,
I'll be wanting to make the move to the N1 but every time I go to the search support forum from google is almost depressing to see the amount of complaints, from screen issues to 3g network issues or battery and heat issues, I will imagine over the air update will fix some of this this issues..
Some complaint about HTC sending back a refurbished unit with same issues.
Question: Is it REALLY THAT BAD ? is this like HIT OR MISSED with the N1 ?

Thank you all in advanced for your input.

I think people need to remember that only unhappy people speak up. your not going to see everyone who is happy with their phone commenting and making news. I am happy with mine, no problems what so ever. That is all I can tell you

I've had my Nexus for just over a week and yes the first four days, battery life sucked big time; however it's improving since. Like anything new whether a phone / car etc. there will always be bumps in the beginning.

If you are unsure, wait awhile before you make a decision.

Is there anything in the world (man made) that is perfect?

Had mine from release week - it's a fantastic phone.

Get one and don't be such a girl about it :-)
