Intro & question
hello everyone ! I'd like to know if there is a way to uninstall apps that came pre-installed on the phone. If so , how?? And if there is a phone power on/off timer app you can set. Any info greatly apprecieated.

Welcome!
Root access is what you need to remove system apps. Plenty of info on Root here  as for the automatic shutoff timer, Not sure if that's possible.
