AT&T iPhone Upload Speeds Drop to a Crawl
Did anyone else notice this? I did notice that my 3G speeds have been slower than ever since this weekend. Took about a minute to upload a 1MB photo to Picasa.

Not really, but I have noticed my phone dropping to 2G (or no G) more often recently.

Yeah I work in Jefferson City, MO and the 3G speed here has been crap lately. I just did a speed test and got .61 Mbps down and .14 Mbps up... I did one yesterday and the download was a little faster but the upload was a little slower.

I'm in Kansas City and the 3G speeds have been terrible. It has picked up a tad in the last week or so.

I just did mine in San Diego, 1.65Mb down, 0.55Mb up. That's using Froyo.

Chicago here. 200kbps down, 1688kbps up. Slow as hell because of that down speed. It's driving me nuts. It's totally random, it'll be fine and suddenly crawls, then it's fine again.

The latest results for me are 1.48 Mbps down and 1.04 Mbps up. It's better than it has been, plus on another plus note they started to expand the 3G coverage following a couple highways. Not sure how far they plan on going but they have gone at least a good 10-15 miles from where 3G was before the expansion.

In my case it got bad after I gave them my IMEI at a store. They said it would make things faster
