MMS on Cyanogen wont' send? read this
AT&T only supports sending MMS up to 500kb. The cyanogen rom is set to send MMS up to 1MB which is what t-mobile's limit is.
So if your using an AT&T sim and you try to send an MMS over 500kb in size, your phone won't compress the image any smaller because it thinks the limit is 1mb. Fortunately i found a free solution. I downloaded Handcent SMS and it has an option to compress pics, one of those options is 500kb  It also has a ton of other nice features, worth checking out.
